About The Position
Sparta Networking is supporting a leading corporate aviation maintenance organization in Dallas, Texas in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics. This position supports scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on corporate and business jet aircraft in a high-quality service environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business aviation and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented, customer-focused setting. Full-time and contract opportunities available.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – Required
- Minimum 2+ years business or corporate aviation experience preferred
- Experience on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Challenger, Citation, or similar aircraft preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on corporate aircraft
- Troubleshoot mechanical and aircraft system discrepancies
- Remove and install aircraft components
- Conduct operational and functional checks
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer standards
- Complete accurate and detailed maintenance documentation
- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards
