About The Position

Join a team where precision meets performance. We are hiring immediately for full-time Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic in our Wichita Service Center. In this role, you can expect to work hands-on with advanced aircraft systems, supporting aftermarket modifications and maintenance in a fast-paced service center environment. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality aircraft to customers by diagnosing issues, performing complex repairs, and ensuring systems are fully operational. Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or WorkKeys Bronze certification
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft
• Knowledge of FAR 43 inspection procedures and experience performing 100-hour and annual inspections

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service facility performing inspections and repairs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and system malfunctions across jet, turboprop, and multi-engine aircraft, ensuring accurate root cause identification and efficient repair execution.
• Perform disassembly, repair, replacement, and reassembly of aircraft systems and components, including supporting aftermarket modifications and upgrades to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct functional tests, engine runs, and system alignments, ensuring all avionics and mechanical systems meet operational and safety standards prior to delivery.
• Execute 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections in accordance with FAR 43 requirements, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
• Complete detailed and accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and parts documentation to support compliance and traceability.
• Support service center operations by delivering reliable, high-quality maintenance solutions, occasionally troubleshooting in-flight issues and mentoring less experienced technicians.
