Requirements

Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairs.
You must have your own tools.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to travel and support multiple work locations
Availability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts when required
Avionics Systems
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
