About The Position

As an A&P Mechanic B-573, you will utilize your hands-on expertise to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot airframes and engine systems, ensuring aircraft are safe, reliable, and mission-ready. This role involves performing inspections, modifications, and precision maintenance work. You will collaborate with fellow mechanics and make a direct impact on customer aircraft every day. Requirements

  • A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
  • An A&P license is required
  • A minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance experience including diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, 100 hour and annual service experience
  • Ability to work in conditions exposed to noise and weather elements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience performing inspections and repair of aircraft in a customer service facility is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform disassembly, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems across multiple aircraft models to ensure flight readiness and on‑time delivery
  • Conduct turbine engine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and engine run‑ups to verify performance, safety, and compliance
  • Execute airframe system and component changes, system checkouts, and approved modifications on airframes and engines
  • Perform 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspections in accordance with FAR 43 requirements and approved maintenance standards
  • Install service bulletins and modification kits with precision to meet manufacturer and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize a wide range of precision tools and diagnostic equipment, including gauges, micrometers, tensiometers, and specialized hand tools, to repair and modify aircraft systems
