About The Position

Alapai Global is partnering with a Premier U.S. Aviation Client to find elite A&P FAA Licensed Technicians ready to relocate to the United States. If you are a master of aircraft systems and meet TN Visa eligibility, we want to handle your transition to a top-tier MRO environment. Our client is a well-established aviation staffing company with a rich 27-year history in the industry. Since its inception, the company has consistently demonstrated expertise and excellence in providing comprehensive staffing solutions across various facets of the aviation sector. The Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) licensed technician (FAA-certified professional) must accurately repair and perform scheduled maintenance on all airplanes, as well as perform inspections as required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Requirements

  • A&P: FAA Licensed Technician (A&P License FAA)
  • 4 - 5 Years of experience in MRO
  • Avionics
  • Conversational English level
  • Open for relocation to the USA.
  • Technical Certification or Engineering Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Remove and Install flight control surfaces and components
  • Perform weight and balance including calculation of flight control surfaces
  • Perform rigging and operational test of all flight control surfaces including autopilot
  • Troubleshoot flight control systems
  • Utilize OEM and Engineering drawings to modify structures and flight controls
  • Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures
