The Site Lead is the senior on-site leader of a Thrust Institute of Maintenance (TIM) campus: a certificated A&P mechanic and instructor who owns the delivery of a measurable, repeatable, and compliant maintenance-training program at their location. As the first-line leader for the site's instructional team, the Site Lead is accountable for academic quality and student outcomes, FAA Part 147 operational compliance, and delivery capacity. This is the entry point of TIM's operational leadership track. Advancement is driven by instructional-track achievement plus demonstrated mentoring, curriculum ownership, and cross-campus coordination — growing academic leadership entirely within TIM.
