the Corporate Office, we're looking for an A/P Clerk Miami, FL.

The A/P Clerk roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following list:

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable function including, but not limited to: vendor relations, reconciliation, optimization of processes, and month-end closing and reporting.
• Assist AP Specialist with monthly Draws
• File & maintain the Notice To Owners records
• Preparing Releases of Lien & log as needed
• Scanning as needed
• Assist AP Department w/ Mail
• Assist AP Specialist w/ Researching Invoices
• Assist AP Specialist w/ Getting Approvals
• Assist AP Specialist w/ Getting Backup
• Contact vendors for W-9’s, revised invoices etc….
• Review and reconcile statements received
• Assist Department & Others as needed
• Assist w/ Special Projects
