The Accounts Payable Administrator will perform a variety of AP duties including, but not limited to, weekly invoice entry and check printing, mail distribution, digital filing, and purchase order reconciliation. The AP Administrator must be able to communicate effectively with other team members, managers, guests, and vendors. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two-year associate degree or higher in business related field or comparable experience
  • Must possess good organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers and team members
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Must have the mathematical and analytical skills necessary to perform accounting/financial duties satisfactorily
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to sit for 90% of job while using computer

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Sage 100, Beanworks and Opera PMS is a plus
  • Must be capable of learning new computer software programs quickly

Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly invoice entry and check printing
  • Responsible for office supplies administrations
  • Complete vendor payment audits
  • Responsible for vendor credit applications
  • Assist with mail distribution
  • Purchase and order reconciliation
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.
