About The Position

We’re hiring our first A&D Sales Representative based in Los Angeles to elevate brand visibility, drive specifications, and grow market presence for our Trueform Concrete and American Tin Ceilings brands. This high-impact, client-facing role focuses on premium interior products, expanding our reach within LA’s Architecture & Design community, and connecting our distinctive surfaces and ceiling solutions with the city’s top firms and projects. We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional passionate about high-end interior architectural materials and skilled in specification-led selling. As the face of our brands in the market, you’ll build relationships, lead compelling presentations, and guide projects from concept to completion. If you thrive in creative, fast-paced environments and speak the language of designers and interior builders, join us in shaping the built environment. The role will primarily be based in the Los Angeles area with approximately monthly visits to Orange County. San Diego and Las Vegas will be visited bi-annually.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in architectural interior products or in specification-driven environments.
  • Must reside in the Los Angeles area, with ability to consistently travel within metro LA and Orange County areas.
  • Proven success working with interior design-led practices and high-end commercial projects in the LA area.
  • Excellent understanding of the interior A&D sales cycle and project development timelines.
  • Confidence in delivering both in-person and virtual presentations to groups and individuals.
  • Highly organized, self-starter with excellent follow-up habits and CRM discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Architecture, Interior Design, or related field a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive outreach to influential interior architecture and design firms across your territory.
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with principals, specifiers, and interior designers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients through product education, project guidance, and value-driven communication.
  • Conduct engaging one-on-one consultations and deliver compelling product presentations.
  • Influence specification decisions in early-stage design and development meetings.
  • Guide products through the interior architecture and construction sales cycle, from ideation to install.
  • Represent the brands at networking events, trade shows, and panel discussions.
  • Stay informed on trends in interior architecture, design, and construction materials.
  • Serve as a visible and influential voice in the A&D community.
  • Partner with technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and compliance.
  • Relay market feedback to inform product roadmap and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and share regular insights with the leadership team.
