988 Team Lead (Training) - 988 Hub
About The Position
CAMH is the lead for the coordination and administration of 9-8-8, the national three-digit number for suicide prevention in Canada. The 9-8-8 National Hub plays a pivotal role in providing front-line service for the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline, offering 24/7 service in English and French via phone and text. This role is for a full-time, temporary (18 months) Team Lead (Training) within the 9-8-8 National Hub Training Team. This team is responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating learning activities for 9-8-8 Hub Responders. The Training Program Team Lead will oversee Training Coordinators and support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of responder training, reporting to Hub Leadership.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and experienced.

- Experience in developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
- Experience in overseeing teams or individuals.
