About The Position
The 8-Way Hand Tie Specialist will be responsible for manually tying springs using the 8-way hand tie method and securing components into frames using manual and powered tools. This role requires maintaining an organized workstation and adhering to Lean Manufacturing practices. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 8-way hand tying.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work on your feet.
Nice To Haves
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
