About The Position
This role involves manually tying springs using the 8-way hand tie method. The specialist will also be responsible for securing components into frames using both manual and powered tools. Maintaining an organized workstation and adhering to Lean Manufacturing practices are key aspects of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 8-way hand tying.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work on your feet.
Nice To Haves
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
