Requirements

• Proven record of coaching excellence, particularly with 7th-9th grade boys.
• Ability to incorporate the school's core values of Honesty, Compassion, and Respect into their coaching philosophy.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to serve in a diverse community of colleagues, students, and parents.
• Enthusiasm and communication skills to engage boys and build meaningful relationships.
• Successful criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of coaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching daily practices in the afternoons for 1 hour between 2:15 PM and 5:20 PM
• Coaching weekly games in the afternoons and early evenings against other schools.
