About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Structures Engineering is seeking a 787 Wing and Empennage Senior Manager (Level L) in Everett, WA. This role reports directly to the 787 Airframe Chief Engineer and offers a unique opportunity to lead a global team supporting the 787 Program. As a leader in the design and support of the 787 wing and empennage, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation for both commercial and defense customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams from proposal through execution
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
