About The Position

This is an extra duty position for a 6th Grade Track Coach at North Junior High for the 2026-2027 school year. The primary function is to develop and implement an exemplary athletic program that provides the highest quality education and growth opportunities for every student athlete. The school corporation is looking for passionate individuals who believe in the power of education to transform lives and are eager to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation. Requirements

Prior coaching experience preferred.

Develop and implement an exemplary athletic program.

Clearly convey fundamental coaching expectations to student athletes and explain their significance for personal, athletic, and academic growth.
Utilize appropriate and varied coaching techniques and learning activities.
Maintain an effective system of monitoring student progress and inform appropriate persons.
