About The Position

Morrow County School District has an opening for a 5th Grade Teacher at Windy River Elementary School in Boardman, Oregon beginning with the 2026-27 school year. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain full Oregon licensure with proper endorsements and must be Highly Qualified. Morrow County is located in rural north central Oregon, bordered on the north by the Columbia River and timbered by the Umatilla National Forest on the southern border. There are 9 campuses, approximately 2200 students and 320 staff. The district offers a 4 Day School Week with 150 Student days and 171 Licensed Staff Days.
