About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 5th Grade Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, fostering positive relationships with students, and effectively managing the classroom. Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state and national standards.

Create a structured and organized classroom routine that promotes learning and minimizes disruptions.
Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Use assessment data to inform instruction and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of student performance and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum changes.
Contribute to the development and improvement of school policies and programs.
Attend and contribute to staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Ensure the classroom environment is conducive to learning, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs and learning objectives.
