About The Position
Perform testing for a public-facing website and training requirements tracking tool. Provide user and technical assistance. Support developing trainings, tutorials, user guides, and related materials. Make deliverables, public-facing website or content, and documents 508 compliant.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience testing web-based applications
- Experience creating documented test plans and procedures
- Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria
- Experience in requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, and presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings
- Experience conducting current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications
- Knowledge of 508 Compliance requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
