About The Position

The 50/50 Seller position is responsible for selling tickets for the 50/50 raffle at all Anaheim Ducks home games. This raffle is a fundraising opportunity for the Anaheim Ducks Foundation and its charitable partners, aiming to engage fans in an exciting in-game activity. The Anaheim Ducks Foundation focuses on programs that create positive change for children and families in Southern California through education, hockey accessibility, and health and wellness initiatives. The 50/50 Raffle Sellers report to the Community Relations Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a large and diverse fan base
• Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Cash handling experience and management of cash and credit reconciliation a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented to reach or exceed sales milestones
• Genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports and entertainment world
• Must be able to work a minimum of 80% of all Anaheim Ducks home games at Honda Center
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to climb up and down stairs multiple times during shift
• 0-1 Year experience required

Responsibilities

• Actively sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets using a mobile handheld during and prior to Anaheim Ducks hockey games
• Engage with Anaheim Ducks guests regarding the 50/50 Raffle and the Anaheim Ducks Foundation in a fast-paced environment with an energetic, outgoing, and confident demeanor
• Accurately reconcile sales with cash and credit card totals per game
• Effectively meet and exceed established sales goals
• Act as an Anaheim Ducks ambassador during games and generate excitement for fan participation in the 50/50 raffle
• Perform other duties as assigned
