About The Position

Reporting to the OSEG Foundation team, the 50/50 Game Day Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and execution of 50/50 raffle draws during events at TD Place. This role leads and supports a team of 50/50 Sellers, including training, scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring all sales activities meet targets and deliver a strong fan experience. The position manages game day logistics, including setup, reporting, and prize fulfillment, troubleshoots technical issues, and serves as a liaison with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), ensuring compliance and smooth event execution.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and engaging customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including standing/walking/climbing stairs and moving equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Experience managing staff.
  • Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
  • Background or experience in retail sales.
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Ability to use technology and adapt to new tech features.
  • Excels working in a large crowd with limited supervision.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays (as required).
  • Able to provide a clear Criminal Records Check.

  • Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of 50/50 campaign execution on event days.
  • Lead, schedule, and support 50/50 Sellers, including training and performance management.
  • Drive sales results through team motivation and direct selling.
  • Manage game day logistics, including setup/teardown, draws, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot raffle systems and POS issues.
  • Complete winner documentation and post-event reporting.
  • Enhance fan experience through engaging, customer-focused interactions.
  • Act as liaison with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
  • Exercise sound judgement in resolving customer issues.
  • Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
