About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced 5-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer for a client in Chesterfield, Michigan. The role involves operating and programming NTC 5-axis laser equipment, including programming directly at the machine and making necessary adjustments. The position requires at least five years of recent experience operating NTC 5-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibility, along with strong CNC programming and machine operation skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. for a 10-hour shift or 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for an 8-hour shift, with Saturdays from 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. as needed. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs. Compensation is $23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
