About The Position
We are seeking an experienced 3-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer for client in Chesterfield, MI. This role requires hands-on expertise with Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment and the ability to manage both operation and programming tasks to ensure precision cutting and efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' recent experience operating Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibility
- Proficiency in setting cutting parameters and making program edits
- Strong CNC program maintenance skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Operate and program Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment (minimum 5 years' recent experience required)
- Set cutting conditions and perform basic program edits
- Maintain and update CNC programs as needed
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to meet production requirements
- Safely lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
- Work overtime and weekends as required to meet deadlines
