About The Position
Vanguard Intellectual Partners (Vanguard-IP) is recruiting for a 4G/5G Telecommunications Associate in Dallas. The role requires experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as experience with 4G/5G telecommunications and industry standards. Prior patent prosecution experience and USPTO registration are preferred.
Requirements
- Solid experience in patent litigation.
- Experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with 4G/5G telecommunications and industry standards.
Nice To Haves
- Prior patent prosecution experience.
- USPTO registration number.
