About The Position

Bank of Ann Arbor is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial 401(k) Advisor to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of retirement plan relationships within one of the Bank’s key strategic business lines. This is not a maintenance role; we are looking for someone who is energized by growth, accountability, and results. You will serve as both a trusted advisor to plan sponsors and a business builder, delivering thoughtful, customized retirement plan solutions while helping expand the firm’s presence in the market. The 401(k) Advisory Group combines a high-touch, fiduciary-driven client experience with institutional-quality investment expertise and strong provider partnerships. You will operate in a collaborative environment with the expectations and autonomy of someone who thinks and acts like an owner.
