About The Position

The 4D / SYNCHRO Planner supports project planning, construction sequencing, and digital construction execution by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated 4D models using SYNCHRO 4D and related planning tools. As a subject matter expert in 4D planning, this role bridges project controls scheduling, BIM, and construction execution by integrating schedules with 3D design models to improve constructability, execution planning, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and progress performance. The role works closely with project controls, construction, engineering, field supervision, digital delivery, and project management teams to produce accurate and actionable 4D planning deliverables that support schedule certainty, construction sequencing, interface management, and project execution performance. The position is with Bechtel’s Manufacturing and Technology Business Unit, which is designing, building, and commissioning a semiconductor fab in Clay, New York. The role is based at the project work location and has a full-time office/project telework designation.
