About The Position

This role is responsible for executing daily production while actively improving processes, leading people, and maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience managing a team or crew in a production environment
• Strong ability to lead by example and enforce accountability
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to perform basic production calculations and interpret data
• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of production employees across multiple manufacturing lines to meet daily output and quality targets
• Coordinate closely with quality, maintenance, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production processes, make incremental adjustments, and ensure product quality meets Ventek standards
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Drive team performance by setting expectations, tracking metrics, and pushing continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; support setup of new jobs and changeovers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; enforce safety policies and 5S standards
• Support plant leadership initiatives and step into operational gaps to keep production on track
• Hold team members accountable for attendance, quality, and performance expectations
• Cross-support other departments as needed to maintain operational flow
• Deliver consistent production results while improving efficiency and reducing waste
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
• Identify gaps and lead improvement initiatives
• Maintain operational discipline across safety, quality, and delivery
