SimpleMANAGE is expanding its third-party property management platform and is seeking a high-octane Business Development Salesperson to lead the charge. This role is for a strategic rainmaker who can identify opportunities, build trust with key decision makers, and dominate the market. The ideal candidate will have a deep Rolodex of private owners, family offices, investors, and brokers, and a track record of sourcing and securing management assignments across diverse asset classes. As the Business Development Salesperson, you will be the tip of the spear for our growth strategy, leveraging industry expertise and connections to originate new business and secure management contracts across multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality assets by contacting Landlords/Owners/Trusts.
