The 3rd Key position is responsible for generating sales, controlling expenses, and supervising associates within a retail environment. This includes meeting or exceeding company sales objectives, appraising associate performance, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, and maintaining a professional appearance. The role also involves protecting company assets, assisting with store scheduling, managing inventory (receiving, transferring, price changes, product counts), performing proper documentation, and executing store opening and closing procedures. Additionally, the 3rd Key participates in training programs, assists in recruiting and training store personnel, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
