This position is responsible for generating sales by providing customer service and meeting or exceeding company objectives in individual statistics. It involves learning to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance, giving feedback on strengths and opportunities, and adhering to visual guidelines including merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. The role also requires maintaining a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy. Additionally, the 3rd Key is responsible for controlling expenses by protecting company assets, assisting in schedule preparation, accurately managing store inventory, performing proper documentation, and opening/closing the store. Supervision of associates includes participating in training programs, assisting in recruiting and training store personnel, encouraging compliance with company policies, and performing subordinate work as needed. Communication with employees at all levels is also a key aspect.
