Requirements
- A secondary school diploma or a minimum of one-year related work experience.
- Safe food handling course, knife handling skills.
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming and Commission of Ontario.
- Proven high level of Customer Service.
- The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in hot, cold and humid environments.
Responsibilities
- Proper preparation and presentation of food with strict adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work space in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the requirements of the Board of Health.
- Assist with inventory and putting orders away.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Adhere to departmental quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
