Mountainy is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse – Retail Ready/FBA Associate to join our growing 3PL fulfillment team. You will prepare customer inventory to meet Amazon FBA and Retail compliance standards while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production efficiency. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other departments.
  • Basic computer and handheld scanner experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Amazon FBA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare products according to Amazon FBA, retailer, and customer-specific packaging requirements.
  • Apply FNSKU labels, carton labels, warning labels, and other required product identifiers.
  • Assemble promotional kits, subscription boxes, and bundled products to specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality, damage, defects, and accuracy before shipment.
  • Repackage products into retail-ready packaging and verify quantities, SKUs, and lot numbers.
  • Shrink wrap, poly bag, and bundle products; build, wrap, and label outbound pallets.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet established productivity/quality standards.
