About The Position

The 3PL Order Processor participates in receiving, replenishment, put-away, and order loading as necessary to meet deadlines. The role also includes managing daily orders in warehouse systems, supporting accurate order staging and transport, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until work is complete.

Requirements

Knowledge of items in stock and scheduled to be shipped.
Ability to read packs, order labels, and other information and match them to visible items and other data.
Ability to perform computer lookups or inquiries to determine product location or description.
Knowledge and practice of safe lifting techniques.
Attention to detail and good decision-making skills.
Positive attitude and team focus, with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others.
Ability and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Participate in receiving, replenishment, put-away, and order loading as needed to meet deadlines.
Use assigned tools and equipment safely and as instructed.
Ensure pallets are properly stacked, secured, and meet company standards.
Verify tote IDs and stage orders correctly for transport.
Maintain clean aisles and follow “clean as you go” practices.
Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity goals as directed.
Promote a safe work environment and promptly report issues.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
Download, print, invoice, and manage daily orders in warehouse systems.
Maintain scanner and equipment logs and manage system reboots.
