3PL Operations Senior Specialist - Richfield MN
About The Position
As a 3PL Operations Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Best Buy's third-party labor programs. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure vendor-supported programs operate consistently and effectively across our stores and virtual channels. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, operational excellence, and the ability to identify opportunities that improve processes, training, reporting, and field support. You'll help drive a seamless experience for both employees and vendor partners while supporting programs that impact approximately 15,000 associates across the enterprise. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, services, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and supporting operational initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience partnering with external business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional projects or operational programs.
- 3+ years of experience partnering with IT teams and supporting technology-related initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support third-party labor programs and workforce initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent execution of vendor-supported programs.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance workforce and customer experiences.
- Manage and support technology and reporting solutions that enable vendor programs.
- Provide escalation support, field communication, training support, and program performance reporting.
