About The Position

The 3PL Operations Senior Specialist supports the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Best Buy’s third-party labor programs. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to help vendor-supported programs operate consistently and effectively across stores and virtual channels, supporting programs that affect approximately 15,000 associates across the enterprise.

The position helps improve processes, training, reporting, and field support, and supports a seamless experience for employees and vendor partners. It is hybrid: work on site Monday through Thursday at Best Buy’s corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and supporting operational initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience partnering with external business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional projects or operational programs.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with IT teams and supporting technology-related initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support third-party labor programs and workforce initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent execution of vendor-supported programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance workforce and customer experiences.
• Manage and support technology and reporting solutions that enable vendor programs.
• Provide escalation support, field communication, training support, and program performance reporting.
