About The Position

Coordinate a complete, traceable response to the NYC ground-scanning RFI and keep technical claims aligned with source requirements. The RFI concerns a secure 3D data-sharing platform for built and natural underground assets, including water and sewer pipes, gas lines, electrical conduits, fiber-optic cables, and soil composition. Responses must address feasible sensing, data-integration, accuracy, security, and operating approaches without presenting the notice as an awarded implementation contract.

Responsibilities

Maintain the response plan, requirement matrix, contributor assignments, source citations, risks, clarifications, and review calendar.
Integrate sensing, geospatial, security, governance, implementation, and commercial inputs into a coherent market-information response.
Confirm PASSPort submission readiness, version control, approvals, and final quality review before the stated deadline.
