About The Position

Their 3D printing technology powers innovation at more than 50,000 industry leaders worldwide. They are a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things. This role is for reliable, hands-on team members to help keep their 3D printing production running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work on a production floor where they use advanced 3D printers to make parts for customers around the world. No experience with 3D printing is required—they’ll teach you everything you need to know. The 2nd shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, hourly position at their high-tech facility, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and rotate through several different hands-on production stations.

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Able to work independently and efficiently after training
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided)
Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts
Follow quality standards and safety procedures
Stay organized and keep your work area clean
Work with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors
Help meet daily production goals
