Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking an innovative 3D Experiential Designer to provide conceptual development and create impactful, story-driven environments through diverse 3D mediums. Collaborating closely with clients and colleagues across disciplines, you will visualize high profile national and international projects across entertainment, hospitality, sports, cultural and venue anchored mixed-use districts. Our preferred candidate has a passion for architecture and design with expert skills in 3D modeling, post-production software for 2D and 3D stills and animation and utilizing advanced AI generative 3D visualization tools.
Requirements
- Innovative and high-level design ability with exceptional architectural place making, spatial storytelling, and environmental design sensibilities.
- Ability to create and convey ideas through still renderings, animations, motion graphics, and 3D, real-time environments.
- Proficient in traditional and real-time rendering software, (Vray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal, Unity or similar).
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Outstanding communication skills and team-oriented mindset that encourages effective collaboration.
- Unyielding work ethic, with demonstrated efficiency, flexibility, and a positive spirit.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Industrial Design (or demonstrated passion for architecture and design).
- Expert in 3D modeling (Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, Cinema4D, Blender or similar).
- Expert in utilizing advanced AI generative 3D visualization tools, and proficient in an integrated workflow.
- Expert in post-production software for 2D and 3D stills and animation (Photoshop, After Effects, or similar).
Nice To Haves
- Exceptional sketching and freehand drawing skills are a plus –should be capable of producing quick and impactful sketches to effectively communicate and sell design concepts.
- Willingness to explore and adopt new software and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative design concepts and visualizing environments that portray the unique aspects of a brand story and sense of place.
- Collaborating across disciplines to explore opportunities to amplify the character of architectural built forms, conveying experiential environments in imaginative and compelling ways.
- Interpreting design drawings, BIM models, and sketches into visualization assets, conveying ideas through still renderings, animations, motion graphics, and 3D real-time environments.
- Staying current with emerging visualization technologies, rendering engines, real-time workflows, testing new tools and techniques.
- Establishing visualization standards, digital workflows, and structured project asset management.
