About The Position
The 340B Program Manager oversees compliance, optimization, and daily administration of the 340B program for AltaMed Health Services Corp. The role ensures the organization’s program complies with HRSA requirements and supports access to affordable medications for underserved patient populations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, Public Health, or a related field.
- Completion of the Apexus Advance 340B Operations Certificate with 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE).
- At least 3 years of experience in 340B administration, pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or FQHC operations.
- Experience with split-billing systems, pharmacy claims, contract pharmacy arrangements, and compliance auditing.
- Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, ambulatory care, or safety-net healthcare environment.
- Experience working with manufacturer data reporting systems, including 340B ESP and Kalderos Truzo.
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree such as MHA, MPH, MBA, PharmD, or a related credential.
- Experience supporting HRSA audits or implementing corrective action plans.
- Experience with sliding fee programs, uninsured patient access strategies, and integrated care delivery models.
- Experience with EPIC EHR, Willow Ambulatory, and/or CareTend Pharmacy system.
