About The Position

The 340B Analyst will support the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in enhancing program efficiency, staff training, facility compliance, and related activities. This role involves conducting audits, resolving reconciliation issues, ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements, and analyzing inventory and invoicing data. The analyst will also assist with payment reconciliation, contribute to reporting, and support the overall sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs. Additionally, the role includes assisting the Finance & Administration (F&A) department with data analysis and process improvements, while upholding patient care standards and professional conduct.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Two or more years’ experience within a healthcare system is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large datasets.

Nice To Haves

Strong organizational skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 340B program to support the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in enhancing program efficiency, staff training, facility compliance, and related activities.
Conduct scheduled audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies participating in the 340B program; address and resolve reconciliation issues arising from these audits.
Review referral reconciliation audits to ensure compliance with 340B program standards.
Ensure full compliance with all 340B program requirements.
Monitor and analyze 340B inventory and invoicing at both contract and entity-owned pharmacies.
Assist in payment reconciliation for entity-owned outpatient pharmacies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and performance reporting.
Support additional tasks that promote the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs.
Continue professional development through relevant classes, seminars, publications, and training opportunities.
Assist F&A department team members with review and analysis of data, as needed.
Provide input and suggestions to process improvements within the F&A division.
