About The Position

Snappy’s is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering the legendary convenience and customer service we’re known for. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, leading the team by providing daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, training and developing employees, maintaining inventory levels, and managing store cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming atmosphere by setting the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.
Lead the team by providing daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.
Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.
Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
Manage store cleanliness, safety, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.
