About The Position

Snappy’s is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering the legendary convenience and customer service we’re known for. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift. You will set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees, provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, and oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management. You will also maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers, and manage store cleanliness, safety, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
