About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of Austin is seeking a Night Manager to join their Austin team for their north client accounts. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate will review client contracts to ensure work expectations are met. This is a full-time evening shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
  • 6 months of related experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
  • Energetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented with a willingness to learn attitude.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
  • Reliable transportation, Valid TX DL, and current automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Building, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience a plus!
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Be fluent in English/Spanish to communicate with independent contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
  • Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
  • Communicate with Facilities Solutions Manager (FSM) daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email.
  • Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.
  • Manage inspections, customer complaint policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
  • Update CRM at each account with proper documentation.
  • Other duties as necessary.
