About The Position

This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position requires the ability to work in various temperature-controlled areas, including freezers, and involves significant physical activity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 12 months of warehouse and/or distribution center experience.
• Ability to work assigned schedule and required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift and stack products weighing 10 to 35 pounds regularly.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to perform continuous physical activity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong time management and productivity skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
