Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience (shift leader, supervisor, assistant manager, or similar) or an associate degree
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and influence others
Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, now and in the future (no sponsorship required)
Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
