Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set-up, adjust, and operate Cracker packaging equipment including, but not limited to: Nimco, Ilapak, SIGS
Partner with Operators as necessary to meet daily schedule attainment goals.
Actively participate in and execute Operator-Driven Reliability (ODR) initiatives.
Perform basic Preventive Maintenance on equipment, as well as other OAC duties including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating.
Operate lift truck and powered pallet jack.
Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve in the role of 5S Leader, actively participating in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.) and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
