Requirements

  • Must be able to work overtime.
  • Candidate selection will be based on ability to perform the job, which will be determined on the basis of personal interview results.
  • The job candidate’s safety record, disciplinary record, quality of work, peer relationships, job performance, previous work history and experience will also be taken into consideration.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, adjust, and operate Cracker packaging equipment including, but not limited to: Nimco, Ilapak, SIGS
  • Partner with Operators as necessary to meet daily schedule attainment goals.
  • Actively participate in and execute Operator-Driven Reliability (ODR) initiatives.
  • Perform basic Preventive Maintenance on equipment, as well as other OAC duties including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating.
  • Operate lift truck and powered pallet jack.
  • Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve in the role of 5S Leader, actively participate in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.) and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
