Requirements

  • At least eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass a post offer drug test, background check, and fitness review.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and self-motivational skills.
  • Willing to train, work, and rotate through all department work stations and work in other departments as needed.
  • Capable of working in seasonal high temperatures and humidity (conditioned air environment).
  • Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50lbs.
  • Capable of standing/walking and performing light physical labor uninterrupted for periods of up to three hour intervals.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, push, and reach during the shift.
  • Frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee and production line.
  • Coordinate between management, maintenance, and employees to ensure efficient production.
  • Utilize motorized pallet jack and Big Joe to move material throughout departments.
  • Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instruction.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company work and safety rules, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure the correct parts are used to assemble finished units, and correct counts are reported into computer system.
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity - the ability to precisely assemble parts/assemblies on fast paced production line.
  • Comprehend and follow blueprints, work instructions, EHS, and job procedures, Job Safety Analysis, and applicable paperwork.
  • Communicate efficiently with team members.
  • Data entry into Shopvue, and other computer applications.
  • Perform other duties as required.
