About The Position
St. Cecelia Interparochial Catholic School is seeking a full-time 2nd grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates for this position should support the mission of Catholic Education. We are an IB World School offering the MYP Programme (6th - 8th grade) and PYP Programme (PK3 - 5th grade). Preferred applicants must be accepting of the IB philosophy. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II background screening and Safe Environment Training.
Requirements
- Support the mission of Catholic Education
- Hold a valid Florida Teaching Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and be eligible for Florida Certification
- Have good communication and organizational skills
- Be accepting of the IB philosophy
- Successful completion of a Level II background screening
- Successful completion of Safe Environment Training
