About The Position

KEVIDKO is a rapidly growing designer, manufacturer, and distribution company supporting the world's best restaurants, cafes, and foodservice businesses based in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a reliable, experienced delivery driver to operate a 26-foot bobtail/straight truck on local multi-stop delivery routes throughout Southern California. Prior experience driving a full-size 24'–26' bobtail or straight truck is required. We’re a fast-growing local distributor with consistent year-round work and established delivery routes. Our drivers are home every day, work locally, and have opportunities to grow as the company expands. We value drivers who are safe, dependable, efficient, and take care of our customers and equipment. All driver candidates must complete a driving-record review and successfully demonstrate their ability to safely operate a 26' bobtail before hire.

Requirements

Prior experience driving a 24'–26' bobtail or straight truck
Comfortable backing, maneuvering, parking, and making tight turns in a full-size delivery truck
Good driving record
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Able to safely handle a physical, multi-stop delivery route
Comfortable using a pallet jack, liftgate, and hand truck
Able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Experience driving only a Sprinter, Transit, cargo van, pickup truck, or small box truck does not meet the driving-experience requirement for this position.

Nice To Haves

Class A or B CDL is welcome, but not required

Responsibilities

Drive a 26' bobtail/straight truck on local delivery routes
Make multiple customer deliveries throughout the day
Safely navigate city streets, tight parking areas, alleys, loading docks, and customer locations
Load and unload cases using a pallet jack, hand truck, and liftgate
Verify deliveries and obtain required signatures
Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, or customer issues
Keep your assigned vehicle clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Provide professional, friendly service to customers
