The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This intern will focus on improving environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs by developing standardized operating procedure (SOP) documentation that integrates job safety analyses, work instructions, and risk assessments into user-friendly resources for employees. The intern will support the creation of machine-specific reference guides and training materials, help enhance onboarding and cross-training processes, and review EHS programs to ensure compliance with safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and other regulatory initiatives. Through collaboration with operations and EHS teams, the intern will contribute to strengthening workplace safety, standardization, and employee training effectiveness.
